One of the major risks of Public Private Partnerships is construction risk. We are available to analyze the construction documents (drawings, specifications, construction schedule, and more) and inspect how construction is proceeding by visiting the job sites on a regular basis. We will then provide an analysis of how construction is proceeding compared compared to baseline estimates, schedule and cost. While there are risk management consultants who perform this work, we have been, and continue to be, actively involved in construction work and can provide accurate construction updates and estimates on completion. We can offer such expertise through our experience in the field on a variety of projects.
